Really, I'm glad you enjoy my work, although, like everyone, there's always room for improvement. We just need to keep writing and try to show what we want others to see. That's the beauty in what we do as people, I suppose.

You're welcome.

Actually I do admit to fan-girling over your works. They always seem to contain much impact and fresh ideas. (I read your writing of fanfiction.net before I ever wrote any pieces myself.)

Rarely anyone ever reaches the point where they need absolutely no improvement. Even when other people can't seem to suggest anything for improvement, the best critic would by the writer herself/himself.

And whether it's writer or anything (Even wisdom) we still look towards surpassing our current level. Perhaps that's just what every human does unless they are denial of change. (And really they still surpass their previous level over time.)

I myself am a terrible writer. But just as every writer does, from the time I first began writing and now, improvements are visible. (There are people who still read and follow what the writer thinks is badly written.)

I still do too much stalking for my own good. Too much time to spare.

I know you are here...somewhere...

'list of (insert) that nobody cares about'....

The same set of rules always seem to apply to any writer. Unless their writing is sane and they receive plenty of love.

-Very few people will bother to read anything that contains angst, insanity, crack...

-Only your friends will comment/review. And the occasional bystander. (And usually a small number. One or two? Maybe three?)

-Why bother to write when nobody cares?

....inspiration is easy...being loved is not. And what might you think?

That's true; even if someone else doesn't point out what might need improvement, we really can't just sit back and think we've done it right. We're influenced by the things we read/hear/see and our views can change (even if it's only slight).

I'd like to believe people share their work because they love/enjoy what they do. True, receiving comments from others is always nice, and it also solidifies the fact that people are out there reading it, and perhaps enjoying what we've worked on.


Loving/being loved is a bit of an intangible thing to me, maybe because I don't think too much about it. In terms of sharing stories to the rest of the world, however, I want to believe that there will always be one person out there who will enjoy it (even if we're not told specifically).

And even if no one read my work, I would continue to write and share it over the internet, solely because I love to do it.

I suppose that's just how things are.

Sometimes, I do wonder why I continue writing when nobody cares.

Other times just fretting over similarities of your own writing to an existing piece due to influence is common.

But it's a good thing that you actually have something that you enjoy doing. I can't quite tell whether I actually enjoy doing something...say stalking for instance.
